# Regras Ilegais

O ambiente ilegal é concebido como um espaço livre e dinâmico para os jogadores que desejam trilhar caminhos fora da ordem estabelecida.

Os participantes têm total autonomia para explorar, descobrir e desenvolver atividades ilícitas, seja por meio de enigmas, interações ou investigações conduzidas dentro do próprio Roleplay. Esses elementos podem levar à obtenção de recursos, itens e oportunidades estratégicas que fortalecem confrontos e narrativas paralelas.

Não há figuras centrais responsáveis pela distribuição desses recursos. Cada indivíduo ou grupo é responsável por encontrar, produzir, negociar e expandir suas próprias operações de forma independente, valorizando a construção orgânica de histórias e conexões.

A descoberta desses caminhos depende diretamente da imersão e da interação com outros jogadores. O acesso às informações, locais e oportunidades ilegais deve ser construído através de relações, confiança e desenvolvimento consistente do Roleplay.
